| i went to Kwaggafontein Plaza on the 25 Dec 11 to my delight i found that Shoprite is open and there was a note saying they will be closing at 15H00 and i confirmed that with one of the employees. i quickly went back home to get a list of the things that are needed for the day. To my suprise when i got back at around 14h30 to store was closed . When I explained to the security personnel at the door that earlier when i was there they said they will be closing @ 15H00 and i drove about 25 km to get there and requested that i see the Manager who is in charge at the time he said it is Ennie Sithole. As i was waiting outside there were people buying grocery inside and it would made any diffrence had they allowed me. i waited for the Manager who never came and the security guy Ben Nkadimeng and his other collegue from National Proffesional Security were very rude and did not demonstate any respect for customers. They told me straight in my eyes that the manager does not have time for Customers and will never come to see us. They said they dont care even if we complain because nothing will change and the shoprite employees were busy idling and looking at us without any customer care. | |||
