Certain items continually out of stock

I have for the past 18years been shopping at Shoprite Bothasig and have enjoyed it however in this time have seen many a Manager come and go and I have also notice a gradual increase in the amount of items that are continually out of stock.The main one I am referring to is Ritebrarnd Cola and Diet Cola these two items are most commonly out of stock I as the question WHY?.Please don't give me an answer like ,"JIVE IS OUT OF STOCK"that is rubbish.I did a survey and established the there are a lot of stores that are fully stocked with RITEBRAND COLA and DIET COLA I am sure SHOPRITE has a inter-branch systems why not use it or is the customers problem to go buy the product somewhere else please don't let my family and I decide to go shop at CHECKERS RICHWOOD because I may be forced to do that if this problem is not rectified and your gets sorted out
