WENT TO STORE TO BUY FRIDGE FRIDAY 03 FEBRUARY 2012. SALESMAN ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY. PAID FOR FRIDGE VIA DEBIT CARD AND WENT HOME TO WAIT. NOW THE PROBLEM. WIFE WENT AND BOUGHT EXTRA GOODIES TO PUT INTO NEW FRIDGE - CRAMMED THEM ALL INTO OLD ONE. WAITED UNTIL 21H00 - NO FRIDGE. BACK TO STORE 03 FEB. GOT TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND A FRIDGE FOR ME. WHEN ASKED WHY NO PHONE CALL - NO RESPONSE. TOLD STORE IF NO FRIDGE BY 12H00 - WANT MY MONEY BACK. NO FRIDGE - WENT FOR MONEY BACK. GOODIES BOUGHT NOW SITTING IN NEIGHBOURS FRIDGE .AS PAID BY DEBIT CARD CARD TOLD MONEY WOULD BE IN MONDAY 06 FEB. TUESDAY 07FEB STILL NO MONEY. WHEN PHONED THE STORE TOLD MONEY WOULD TAKE 7 DAYS TO COME INTO MY ACCOUNT. NOTE SHOPRITE TOOK MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY. STORE TELLS ME NOTHING THEY CAN DO. MEANWHILE I AM NOW SHORT OF MONEY. |
