I requested a quote from Solahart Geysers on their website [Hidden Web Address] for one of their solar geysers. Mr. Barry Engelbrecht called me and made an appointment to come see me, but yet he never pitched. When I tried calling him he never bothered to answer his phone. If this is the level of service one gets from the sales rep then I would hate to spend over twenty thousand rand on one of their geysers. I must express my utter disappointment at this disgusting level of service! |

| Over the Moon: I must commend Hennie de Jager for bending over backwards to provide a better service than I first received. I wanted to be present at installation and was unable to do it during the week, so at an additional cost of R600 Solahart technicians installed my geyser on a Saturday. Overall I was relatively happy with the workmanship. They were very willing to replace the roof tile that they broke and to return to tighten the leaking fitting. I would recommend Solahart to my friends. | |||
