| I submitted my personal income tax via E-Filing last year 15/11/2011. There was money owed to me, but SARS would only pay it if I submit my income tax for 2008. I did that on the 21/11/2011... Since then I have been phoning them to track the status of my income tax. The call centre just informs me, that is is being manually assessed and this can take up to 90 days! It is 5 days from the 90 day period and still no-one can give me direct answers! It's almost time to submit income tax for 2011, but how can I do that if they still haven't resolved the previos income tax years? I would just pls. want a answer and it resolved as quickly as possible. It's realy not acceptable, it's been too long now. | |||
