very rude and bad attitude

Hello Peter

I would like to express my dissatisfaction in the service that I received from a lady by the name of Sasekani Mahwayi who works for the SARS late estate unit. I called yesterday enquiring about my a certain matter pertaining to my late father, this on its own has been truly a nightmare as no one understands or knows what they are doing. We've been receiving letters from SARS for request for payment from my late father, we always notify and fax through documents that, the particular person has passed away. SARS always replies that they will do something but this is never done. Yesterday I called Sasekani Mahwayi seeking for help, I have never been so flabbergasted in my life, I don't understand if she generally has no respect for people or perceives herself as being superior to those people she is suppose to serve. It got to an extent where she refused to give me her name. An altercation then in-sued between she and I, only because I wanted her name. At the end she hung up the phone in my ear. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and I request some action be taken. Her direct number is 0116023863. My ref is 0153/864/15
