The first time we (my accountant with a Power odf Attorney) submitted my change of Bank documents was in August and documents were lost! The second time was in October with the same result!!! SARS than tried to pay the amount to the old account, needless to say without success. I than personally went to SARS Randburg on 10-11-2011 and demanded proof of submision, so that they would stop accusing me of lieing about my submission. I started phoning early as I needed to pay staff yet the only comment I recieved was; "we have 21 days to do it so get lost!" This, against them knowing their comrades would not get paid due to their loses and delays. Fantastic Ubuntu and all that! No urgency as I could not pay my cassual people for November nor could I pay bonusses. 11 case no. later and no answer accept; "we are looking for the documents", again!!!! All the wonderfull advertising by sars is token and does not put dinner on the table of the poor people who carry the consequences of their actions... It is so bad that I feel the consequence of complaining might be that land up at the botom of the pile again, but at this stage a hungry Xmas has passed for all of us. **** SARS |
