USELESS!

The firm I work for made a VAT payment and it went through twice on their system and two receipts was e-mailed to us. Phone them, call centre tells us to fax a letter to Refunds. Fax letter on 1 November 2011 as requested for repayment of overpayment. Call the call centre AGAIN on 14 November 2011. Have to wait till 1 December 2011. This person doesn't even make sure that the information she is giving us is correct. Call today 2 December 2011 again. (takes 20 min. for verification by my boss). Only question, why was two payments made! My word!!!! WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DO REFUND! They said 1 December 2011! Refunds Department don't have phones! Lucky them! Consultant will escalate enquirie, wil take 21 days! Has already been 30 DAYS, WHY ANOTHER 21 DAYS! USELESS!!! Why did SARS not, out of own done the necessary when they saw the double payment!!!
