I was at SARS today to submit a document that is outstanding after my e-filing problems. I got there around 2:45pm. When I got there I was told that I should go to the second floor. I asked them why am I not issued with the ticket like it used to but I was told to go to the second floor. But I walked in at the firstfloor and I was told that people who are at the firstfloor will be helped and if they are able to help us before 4pm after that we will have to go back home. There is no sign at SARS that say that to be helped you should be at their offices before 2 pm. But we sat and say. Some left and some stayed and I also stayed. But 20 of us were helped and 24 of use who were at the end were not helped. At 4pm we were told offices were closed.

The problem here is that there is no sign that say you should be at sars offices before 12pm or 2pm. Other people who even came earlier than me around 1pm also were turned away with me. This is so unacceptable. We were there during office hours. Maybe SARS employees should close doors on people who need help at 12 pm so that we don't bother going there after 12 pm and this online system of them is so not user friendly.
