SARS REFUND

I filed my 2010/2011 tax forms on Sars efiling also again my 20111/2012 this year, and as of today, I have yet to receive my tax refund. I have been calling the call centre since lat year already till to date and nothing has been done about it. On numerous calls to the call centre I have received no joy, I have tried to escalate my complaint but once again I have received no joy.
I am a loyal SA Citizen, and I always submit my returns on time, but the treatment I'm getting from them is not up to standard. The strange thing if I was the one owing money to them, they would have deducted that already from my banking account. So I have waited for more that a year already which is totally unacceptable.
I need them to pay my refund asap,
