My tax return was submitted many times on efiling owing to the fact that consulants kept on phoning me to tell me that all my info was not received, so i kept on submitting, eventually a NOO and now an NOA was submitted twice by two different qulaified tax practioners and i have hear no news from SARS. An amount of R4200 refund is owing to me since last year of which i received nothing. Instead SARS put up this huge amount that i owe them which is and was totally impossible as indicating on the calc and MA & RA certificates. I sent of many emails and complaints with nothing positive. I am a loyal tax payer and dont see why my refund is not paid to me. This is truly an eye-opener for many on how the government handles matters. I am left with no option but to wait, which is over 4 months now. The most horrible experience ever. SARS the most terrible service with no feedback once or ever. Hoping to receive my full refund what is legally and lawyfully due and owing to me, if not Standard Bank legal assist will be glad to be on board fighting this losing battle. |
