| Rediculous!!!!! After the 3rd time of going back to sars Roodepoort,we hand in our application & receive an acknowledgement of receipt-only to find out when follwoing up the application that my husband's name is on the acknowledgement,but with a stranger's tax number.Now,they can't even FIND the application forms that was given to S.Giblin.You phone the ONLY number that you can for sars & Tamy says that it's best we redo the whole procedure,which means,we have to waste our time,our money to stand in the bank for a statement & q at sars for the 4th time-just because the staff at sars lost our application & can't do their jobs.I ask Tamy to speake to a supervisor.She says the branches handles these application-but we CAN NOT phone the branches,now can we!SO the only number 0800007277 must be able to assist-BUT THEY CANT.I waited to speak to the supervisor & finally spoke to Nosipho.I started explaining to her when my call suddenly got put through to the survey (while I'm talking to her).This call lasted 17:05minutes.They don't phone back.Who is giving back my time & money wasted coz of the incompatance staff members.We pay our tax on time ea month & this is the service we get!!!! | |||
