I have submitted for 2011 mid August to date i have not recieved my returns ,everytime i call their contact center im advised it will take 21 working days we are now in 2012 i have not recieved any call or feedback from the company regards my query, every month new case is escalated to whom ever is dealing with my claim no feedback is given, Speak to consultants that give me attitude as if i want money that is not due to me. Spoke to Gugu who transfered me to Jessica Naidoo to how she got the position she is rude and defensive not good formular when dealing with people. then spoke to Solange then transfered me to Nikky Sigxaxhe from Cape Town who promised she will do her best [she appologised for the inconvinience- great touch] but the matter is still at hand, im tired of always contacting the customer care to have the matter sorted. I have heared of the bad service but never thought i would write about it about SARS. case 67224388# |
