| In February 2010 I submitted my tax returns (2007-2011). All were accessed and my tax consultant informed me that an amount of R24000.00 was due to me. Since then the same and another consultant have been trying to get answers from them to no avail. As I do not work in SA it is really difficult for me to follow up on this case. The consultant has lodged numerous complaints, even to head office and every month he gets a different answer from them. First audits to be done, then system problems, and, and, and. The last few months no reply, even to seniors in SARS. This has been ongoing for close to a year now. Please help!!! My email [Email Removed] | |||
