| I went to SARS office in Cape Town and spent almost 3 hours wanted to be assisted by a consultant where i was eventually assisted at counter 28. The backup documents required of me was printed at the office and sent to the department responsible, she inturn gave me the copies of the documents sent. i received a letter again requesting the backup documents and i called your called centre ans spoke to Bronwyn who had put the notes in the system and advised me that a consultant would contact me. I called again today only to find out that i had to repeat myself and the gentleman whose name is Ian was not very helpful and i became agitated again. he advised that it takes 21 working days for a consultant to contact me which would be on Monday 16/01/12 and should no one call me then I should call again. everytime i have to call and repeat myself and I have done my part of the deal. My question is. what type of people does SARS employ who cannot follow up and then I have to penalized due to their laxidazzyness | |||
