Delay in Dispute Feedback

SARS are very quick to ensure you are issued with an invoice but when it comes to issueing an individual with a Dispute Payout it takes up to 3 months.

At the beginning of December I visited the Pinetown Branch of SARS, and pleasnatly surprised the young lady assisting me was polite and efficient. After systomatically going through my dispute it was registered that a payment was to be made to me- she mentioned 12 to 20 working days.

After a full month I had received no notification of the position of my SARS account. Still today I am unable to receive answers. I have sent 4 mails, made two phone calls and still nothing. Is SARS really as bad as what people say.

I have always only had good comments on the service level improvements but this is absolutely rediculous. 2 months later and still no answers.
