| I had a horrific experience with SARS Bellville yesterday. I was at there offices at 06h45 to be early enough so that I can finish early. When the doors open at 08h00 I was in the que at no. 81, but was wrongly directed to the wrong line (49-55) At 08h35 there was still only 1 person helping people at that Que.. When it was my turn, she told me that I was in the wrong Que and need to go back to the line, get a new ticket and wait again. I got ticket 223 and waited again. After 10h30 I left the premises disgusted it was quite clear that I will wait for at least another 2 hours. My problem 1. She could have helped me taking in the form as expected. To ask me to start all over again in the que was not necessary. There system must make provision for people to change lanes without asking them to start all over again. | |||
