its a very long story! for 2 years we try to explain to them that our company was restructured because one of the members resign. its very difficult for them to understand that. our cmpany does no longer pay paye and sdl from the date of restructuring. every month they still calculate it with interest. needless to say, for 2 years struggling to change the adress. it took them 3 months to change the banking details. the lady with the name of Dollie is very arrogant, she told me i will do what se told me to do. she was looking for something spesific, as i told her i have the proof of payment she dont believe me. i paid with a cheque. she said i have to make an internet payment. in that stage i have no acsess to the internet, she told me that i must go and pay an internet cafe to do the payment. how can she instruct me to do that. ive got my proof of payment. every month there is interest because SARS allocate the payments to the wrong department. now i received a letter from them telling that i owe them R24 152.10. Ived got all my letters and proof of payements, its a big file already. in the next paragraph the amount is R214 152.10. please whats going on at SARS. PLEASE PLEASE!!! |
