In connection with Santam short term insurance I had a very satisfying experience. As it goes these days everything happens online - not so easy for us elderly. I did ask for someone to help me in Afrikaans and they provided a splendid and helpful consultant, Sasha. She conducted the whole process with great patience and attended to my questions and the necessary changes for the new year. Keep it up!
