I called in sabc some time in 2008 to report to them that my tv was stolen and requesting them to cancell my tv licence.I was advised to fax the affidavit from the police conferming that then everything will be fine, which i did.I was suprised then i got a call two yrs from sabc lawyers telling me to pay R1280.00 and saying if i dont pay it they will come and repossess everything i have.Out of fair, i paid them R800.00 , I feel sabc robed me because they should have told me may be a yr after that my account was over due,if it wasnt cancelled why wait this long before informing me,why must i suffer for someone who didnt do her job,can they explain why was my tv license not cancelled and i need my r800.00 that i paid them kindly assist i spoke to them sevaral times now and im not getting anywhere with them plrasr assist. regards Xolile Zondi |
