i have been trying to reconcile my TV lisence account. There was an outstanding amount of R2,988-00 and I paid R3,013-61. All proof of payments have been sent with no success I also advised that I do not have a TV licence under my ID anymore. I got married and have had a TV licence under my wife's ID and just want to rectify your records. I wish to get a letter for the SABC confirming that my account has been paid in full and that our household TV licence is not on my name anymore but no one seems to be worried about this |
