refusal to cancel TV Licence

On the 27 January when paying my TV Licence up to date we were forced to move house and due to space restrictions had to sell off a few of our things one of them being our TV, I sold it to my mom at that time. I then called SABC wanting to cancel my TV licence, at that time they said I should get an avidavit which i did, now on the 14 Dec 2011 I received another account for 2012, when calling the call center I spoke to Lungile Lushozi who said I cant sell the tv to my mom and cancel my tv licence as we are now all staying in the same household, when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she is not in and that their is no ref number for the call but it is recorded. This is unacceptable taht I pay for something that I do not have. Then what is my mom paying for then we are both paying for the same thing. Highly upset with the unprofessional manner these agents deal with clients and that they judge my character by in not so many words calling me a **** even when i requested that she send out and inspector.
