NO OWNERSHIP NO FEEDBACK NO SENCE??

I have my TV licence for many years and have chosen the monthly option on debit order of R26. In April the debit order was returned the call centre was contacted and I spoke with Aldrid Bougaard who promised to reinstate. I followed up again in June, still neither joy nor ownership. Yesterday i spoke to the follow people Emma Mosileng,Mpuleng Ndlovu, Tsisido( refused to provide surname) ,Longile and the Jane Setlhako who was good and reinstated the debit order. I now receive calls from collections saying i have been handed over and there are penalise and attorney fees, though no one took ownership for the promise they had made when i left the country. I find this utterly ridicules, and I am willing to escalate this matter to the BCCSA or ombudsman or whoever I need to because I initiated the calls to your call centre, with no joy, I have to sit through the rude, consultants with no sense of customer service or what they are doing. I expect resolution, and Ester from collection to stop calling me, I have afforded SABC enough opportunity to correct there mistake i will take this higher!
