The SABC is the worst company I have personally ever dealt! Firstly, I could not pay my yearly license fee because their website is constantly experiencing some sort of error and so I can never check my account details to determine when I need to pay. second, I only receive communication from them letting me know my account is handed over to lawyers, I mean surely if you can SMS about that you can SMS to say my account is due payment. The worst is that when I call them the person I am talking to does not give her name to begin with, has a bad attitude and hangs up the line on me seemingly because the call is a waste of her time, never mind that it's her job. If I had a choice I would not deal with this company at all, ever. By the way as soon as I knew what I owed and where to deposit money into it was done in five minutes. Useless Service Provider! |
