Cancelling SABC license

I am totally disgusted with the customer care and service of SABC. Ever since I bought my first TV set in 1986, I have been paying TV licences. Then in 2007 I emigrated to New Zealand and let SABC know. Till this day I am still receiving bills. SABC said they would only cancel my licence if I could prove who I sold my tv set to, and if they had a certified copy of my passport with proof of living in New Zealand. What a load of *****! For someone who has been paying his license for more than a decade to be treated like a criminal leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I let them know that they could send a person to my house in NZ, and if I was picking up South African TV, then I would pay my license. Thank *** TV is free in New Zealand. SABC, your customer service and customer care need major improvement!
