Three months ago I stated receiving sms's that I owed my TV Livcence. I was told I owe R275, I made arrangements to pay it in two installments, which I did. Now I keep getting sms's that I owe my TV Licence and being threratened with legal action. One of their agents called me this morning, telling me I owe R50 to my TV Licence, when I asked what it is for, I was told that after I made the arrangements I was also being billed R25 a month interests and they will keep adding them every month until I pay. Why wasn't I told this when I made arrangements? This TV Licence nonsense is irritating and infuriating. I want to cancel it! Now I'm being harassed with calls and sms's for R50. What is going on? When I pay the R50, are they going to demand more money? |
