I have been trying to book a ticket on the SAA Express website for the past week or so but on the computers in my office none of the SAA websites load properly. I phoned the web help centre and spoke to a lady who told me that I must clear my cookies and try again. I did it on 3 different computers and it still did not load properly. I then called her back and she said she could quote me the fair. When I said I would be flying from Polokwane she said that SAA Airlink flew from Polokwane not SAA Express. She then proceeded to use words like "cool" "ok" and "cheers" and hung up the phone as I was trying to ask her a question. I used to work for Lufthansa's call centre in Cape Town and an agent would be fired if they spoke to a client like that. SAA as one of the biggest companies in SA your standards and facilities are SHOCKING Your website does not work properly and it is horrendous! Look at your Star Alliance members websites and see how blow standard yours is. Your call centre agents are not trained properly. They are rude, ill informed and over familiar. Booking a ticket should be a breeze< but with SAA it is an absolute headache! Hope the flight is a bit smoother! |
