Voyager Miles Missing

I travelled from Johannesburg to Milan in January. I booked through [URL Removed] and got a ticket with Lufthansa because they were the cheapest and star alliance members. I booked my ticket with my voyager number in order to obtain the miles.
I was checked in by SAA staff at an SAA counter for my flight to Munich on a SAA aircraft and obtained confirmation by the lady at check in that my voyager number was attached. It was and the tickets were printed showing the number.
My flights from Munich to Milan, Milan to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to Johannesburg were on Air Dolomiti and Lufthansa, those flights miles were recorded and in good order, the miles for the SAA Flight from Johannesburg to Munich however are missing!
I did not keep the stubs for this sector, nor Munich Milan as the voyager number was printed on the ticket and I assumed all was well. I did keep the stubs for the return flights as my voyager number was not present on those, ironically I don't need those ones!
SAA Insist they cannot allocate my miles as I do not have the stub! This is after 30 minutes on the phone, a waste of time!

SAA Rethink your stance or loose business! Simple!
