| SAA has charged me double for a ticket change and has take the money from my account without authorisation, yet they are not willing to phone me back to tell me what they are going to do about it. Despite the fact that they have now stolen money from my bank account, they expect me to spend yet more of MY money on phonecalls to get them to refund my money. They are not willing to give email feedback or even to investigate and then phone me. This is *****. | |||
