| HEADLINE | SAA change fee seems to increase with each call!! |

| I booked a return flight for my folks online and the very next morning contacted SAA to change flight times so I could spend more time with them. I was advised that each change (which I understood as being each booking for arrival and departure) would cost R342. I even queried if this was negotiable and confirmed that I had to pay the extra R684. However, I get a call from SAA yesterday as they received the necessary change forms from me only to be advised that the fee is R342 per passenger per flight totalling R1368 over and above the already exorbitant ticket prices. Nowhere is this stated on the forms or emails and is merely stated over the phone. That is not what was agreed to and understood initially. No one has come back to me to confirm the status of this matter. Is this a money making scheme?? | |||
