| The luggage policy for SAA is absurd! My brother emigrated to Germany yesterday and obviously needed to carry a certain amount of luggae (as expected for someone who is relocating to another country!!). He baggage weight exceeded the 20kg limit and he had to pay over a R1000. Certainly there should be an exception for people moving their entire lives and belongings to another country???!!!!! It is just a pathetic money making scheme. You guys need to wake up and start being reasonable!!!!! stop trying to make money out of people. and if you do want to....have your staff be prepared with a good reason as to why/where that money is going to. | |||
