| I was checking into the SAA counter at Oliver Tambo international on 25 January 2012 for flight number SAA459 to East London. As I arrived at the attendant I greated handed over my ID and asked for an Ilse seat. The whole time the lady spoke to another male SAA employee. I waited a minute and asked the lady if she heard me. She looked up and said yes. I said because she has up to now now acknowledged my standing in front of her or greeted me as she is still talking to the male SAA employee. He made a remark in his language and she said that this is to early for succh nonsense. I suggested that I speak to a supErior with regards to her superior. She made the rmark again and said she will. At that time I wanted to take a foto of the lady as I was disgusted with her behaviour. The male employee lsapped my hand and said he going to call the police. I said thats fine. At that stage the lady supervisor who on numerous occasions refused to give me her name.I asked if we can move to the side and discuss, tehy refused. The supervisor was even more arrogant andf the male employee took my cellphone. At one stage I had the female employee, the male employee, a security gaurd that was called. | |||
