Insurance claim Lag

I flew Business Class from San Diego to Johannesburg on the 14th of December 2011 on SA204. My locks were cut and my bags broken into. I filled in a claim form with the relevant documentation and was sent feedback on the 19th of December that my claim would be looked into shortly because of a shortage of staff. A week later a lady by the name of Rukshana Choudary contacted me to resend all the info again. On the 9th of January 2012 after requesting the status I was told the claim would be finalised by the end of the week of the 16th. Its 3 weeks since and I have not had a single communication despite sending numerous emails
