| I have contact Pen travel Feb'11 , after full payment for my Honeymoon at Le Mauricia to inform them regarding a error on thebooking. My wife's ticket still was issued with incorrect second name. I have requested several times to corrects this, as its international flight. The Branch manager assured me that, the ticket is correct and only the first name should be correct and they will take full responsibility. We arrived at King Shaka Airport 4:30am 1 Sep'11 and was hold up by SAA Supervisor , due to incorrect ticket details , after which I tried to contact Pen Travel several times as per business card provided with the travel documentation. I was advised to get to JHB on my own cost and try to sort it out with Pen Travel in time for second flight to Mauritius .Only got hold of the branch manager at 9:45am and had missed all my flights. We Arrived at Mauritius on second flight 13hours later. This was issue between Pen Travel and SAA , I the Consumer has nothing to do with it and cannot pay for a 3rd party mistake , as I bought the final product from Pen Travel. Still no reimbursement for my costs for their mistake or any comm's.... 2 Feb'12 | |||
