| After my 5th attempt to change the time on a domestic flight booking it was finally changed. Firstly, the guy I spoke to didn't make the amendment. Then they didn't get the forms i scanned and e-mailed (I got confirmation they did though!). Then the next person just cut me off, twice. After this I was obviously very irate as this is for one of our directors going to SA from London and doing an internal flight from Joburg to Durban. The last lady i spoke to kept on interrupting me and it just made things worse. I will never ever book any flights for our directors with SAA again and it reflects bad as I am a South African myself residing in the UK. I'm embarassed to say that this is a South African airline! :-(( | |||
