BAD SERVICE ON TICKETING OFFICE OF SAA

I booked one of my employees on SAA to travel to Namibia, we needed to change the date for dept to the next morning, it took them 10hrs to confirm change after I spoke to 8 people confirming 8 different stories. This is not professional. The staff level of serv and education is POOR. We trust them in helping as and we get not joy out of this. This is not the way a SA company should work. Bad attitude and manners is not even spoken about. If changing a ticket takes - 4 hrs way does it take 10 hrs with 8 different stories and NO HELP at the end of the day. You first have to scream, swear and be nasty before anything happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
