I travel quite frequently between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Sometimes I travel by road and others by air. My brother is very ill and I try get to Port Elizabeth as much as I can to see him. Each time I travel to PE or leave PE back to Cape Town I am anxious as I either am travelling towards a bad situation or leaving again for an unknown amount of time and dont know what will happen while I am gone. This last weekend I made this trip again and both directions used your services (SA1811 and SA1808). On my return back to Cape Town I was reflecting on my weekend and it occured to me that in both directions, although my personal worries were making me anxious, your friendly / warm staff from the ground staff to the air stewards had made my experience far more bearable and overall helped me relax with their smiles and warm service. Each day you offer a service which I am sure can just become another flight to you but on your plane there are people with many stories of why they are travelling and in many instances it is not a holiday trip filled with fun and excitement but rather h |
