On the 7pm SA Express flight from PE to CT on 20 nov 2011, my girlfriend and I were very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. They didn't try to be funny or flashy, just kept it simple with good, friendly service. And it worked! I have been flying a return route at least once per for the past decade and this is probably the best service I've had over that time. |
