| On 11 July 2011 the cup holder of my pram was damaged and the SAA counter at OR Tambo took the damaged part of my pram to be repaired or replaced. It has been more than 3 month and I have not received it back. When I phone I leave messages and no-one even come back to me. What will the next step be because I feel like I will not get this thing back. The worst service ever. | |||
