| After an early finsh to a conference, we arrived at the airport to try and catch an earlier flight home. We weren't expecting a free change or a miracle of getting onto a full flight but at least some form of "service". A lady at the check in counter advised my collegues & I to check with the person in the office (Eva / Ava?), but that their flights were actually "full". We explained our situation to Eva / Ava and asked if possible to be put on an earlier flight, to which she replied "I'm busy " so no and apparently nobody else could help us either. She also said it would cost us (which we were prepared for) but they didn't handle money so there was no way we could change our flight (yet they were handling money for excess baggage). After taking her name to report her she could suddenly find time to help us and put us on a flight, which was so "full" that half the seats were empty and we took off 20 mins ahead of time.... | |||
