Rude Air Hostess - and no reply to complaint email

I complained 13 days ago about an awful flight experience with SA Express on the 22 Sep 2011 in which a Senior Cabin Crew treated me really unprofessionally and showed very bad attitude.

Nthabiseng Khosa senior cabin crew (what a fine example to her crew!) was very rude to me on this flight and I subsequently took her name and lodged a written complaint to customercare@flyexpress.aero.

Still have had no reply from SA Express. This is a double whammy insult!
