REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER NAME

I AM SO IRRITATED. I BOOKED 2 TICKETS FROM JHB TO ELS, COSTING ALMOST R3600, FOR MT SISTER AND HER HUSBAND, AND I SPELT HER SURNAME AS PUTER INSTEAD OF PUTTER. I CALLED WITHIN THEM WITHIN 3 MINUTES AFTER REALIZING THIS - ALREADY HAVING PAID BY CC, THE WOMAN FIRSTLY - NOT VERY HELPFUL, HER NAME IS LESLIE. SHE TELLS ME THE ONLY THING POSSIBLE TO DO, IS CANCEL THE FLIGHT AND REBOOK. UNLIKE 1TIME AND KULULA, YOU CANT PAY AN EXTRA AMOUNT AND CHANGE THE SURNAME EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT A PASSANGER-CHANGE, SIMPLY A SPELLING ERROR. THEIR REFUND DEPT TAKES 7-14 WORKING DAYS TO REFUND THE MONEY ON MY CC. MEANTIME I DONT HAVE ENUF CREDIT TO FLIPPEN BOOK THE TICKET AGAIN!! ITS A FLIPPEN DISGRACE. THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT THAT TICKETS COST. 1 TIME WOULD HAVE BEEN R1000 CHEAPER. IM APPAULED AT THE LACK OF INTEREST SHOWN TO TRY ASSIST ME. HOW CAN SUCH AN UP-CLASS COMPANY, OFFER SUCH POOR ASSISTANCE IN ERRORS? IMI ****** OFF! DONT FLY SAA.
