| A flight scheduled to depart at 1715 was delayed for an hour and then further delayed with no estimated time of departure, causing me to miss the Coldplay concert, which i had been anticipating for the whole year!!! I have lost the money for the concert and only got a lousy R75 meal voucher as compensation. I am utterly disappointed and outraged at this poor service!!! | |||
