| I was on a flight frm DBN to JHB for 24th Aug 2011 on SAA, time of dep was at 10pm. I arrived at King Shaka at 9pm to check in, only to be told that there is 1 hour delay on my flight. To add more to my frustrations my lift at JHB to get home was not able to fetch me at 12:00 which now means that I had to get a taxi. I spoke to the manager on duty & informed her of the inconvenience & extra costs that I am going to incur. She told me that I must fill a form in JHB & hand in my invoice for the cab to get reimbursed. The cab cost was R450.00 I did as I was told on 27th Aug 2011. I have made numerous calls to SA Express , 7th Sep 2011 I received a mail "According to our policy we unfortunately cannot pay out the additional cost you incurred due to this flight disruption" I started to throw my toys & was given the CEO's number & email I sent a mail to date this claim has still not be resolved & each time I called Nadine (CEO PA) informs me that she is too busy to focus on my issue, she will call me back (of which it does not happen). I have called her more than 15 times to get answers on this issue & still nothing. Pls could I get a reply as I am still shot of R450 in my pocket! | |||
