| I have never experienced such bad service. After waiting for 20 minutes on the plane for the bus to come fetch us we get to the conveyor belt only to wait another hour and 20 mins to get our baggage. Being told firstly that they were striking so we can fetch our bags later, then not being able to find the vehicle that the baggage was on. The staff could not give us an answer as to were our baggage was. Landing at 21:10pm and still waiting so long for baggage with nobody being able to tell us what is happening and nothing being sorted is unacceptable. The manager behind the counter told us this had been happening all day. ALL DAY??? Why not rectify it after the first incident. The service was shocking and anyone flying soon, I strongly suggest you think twice before flying saa express | |||
