Bad service and don't care attitude to clients

Incident 1: Durban - JHB: Flight delayed for almost 1 hour

Incident 2: JHB - PE: I arrived at the gate at 8:20am, boarding time was 8:10 am - with the flight set to depart at 8:40 am. The boarding pass clearly states that the gate closes 15 minutes prior to the flight, meaning that it would close at 8:25. So I had a whole 5 minutes extra from the time i got to the gate, but to my surprise, the gate was already closed.
I questioned the lady at the counter and she gave me really ****** attitude saying i'm late and that the flight was leaving at 8:30 so i missed the 15 minute window - where in the world have you ever seen a flight leave earlier than the departure time???
She gave no answers and said our luggage had been taken off the flight.
I also confirmed that my time was the same as the time on her system - so I couldnt have had the wrong time set on my phone/watch.

Tried going to the SAA ticket sales desk to get this matter resolved - they said they cant do anything.
I ended up taking a normal SAA flight paying a R342 penalty!

All this within 1 week! Service ***** and will not use them ever
