| Last week Friday I went to s4 auto in Boksburg and gave them all the paperwork for the purchase of a Suzuki GSX 1000. It is now a week later and I still don't have a bike. My wife and I went there on Wednesday to sign the contract and I took possession of the bike, later that afternoon I went to Isando and had to stop 3 times on my way back because the bike kept overheating. They sent a guy with a trailer on Thursday morning and I haven't heard from them since. I called at 15H00 and Des promised to follow up and get back to me within 10min,,, he didn't. This morning I called to cancel the deal. I tried to get hold of the owner and no wonder his company is in such a mess: HE IS NOT THERE AND NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF HIM. It is now 15H00 and 8 telephone calls later and no one has got back to me yet. On instruction from my attorney I sent them a letter to cancel this deal. My advice to anyone who is thinking about buying something from s4 auto: DON'T. | |||

Hello jurius, Dear Mr Venter,we aknowledge receipt of your concerns.i would like to place on record that i immediately reacted to the best and sent someone to collect your bike,the problem that persists is intermitant,whilst the bike was getting diagnosed by us we noticed no signs of overheating,we have then sent the vechile to a suzuki dealership to verify the problem,we are waiting for feedback and aknowledge that if the problem persists we would gladly cancell your deal.please bear with us,giving you the the service you deserve is of utmost importance.
