Dear HelloPeter Please can you urgently advise how we can go about either reporting Regalo Ed Frangranza for ***** or finally receiving the perfumes we ordered (and paid for in full) at the end of June 2011. Every week since placing our order, we have had emails back & forth from Shaaista - one excuse after another where our order is. Finally on 29th June 2011 she said we would get refunded in full. We have asked for proof of the refund and have had no reply or refund since then. She keeps ignoring our emails & does not answer her phone or messages. Please can you advise us what to do. We would also like to put out a warning that this lady is very dishonest & people will be taking a big risk by placing orders with her. I wonder if she is even in South Africa. Your reply will be much appreciated, we are prepared to take legal action & lay a charge of ***** against her. Thank you - Cape Town |
