During November 2010 I reported this law firm that they failed to send me my monthly statements for the period July 2009 to October 2010. They promise to look into the matter and rectify their mistakes. I'm very much disappointed and disgusted to report that till to date this honourable prestigious law firm has not send me even a single statement. What worries me a lot is that every month they are receiving my instalments and do not have a decency of providing me with proof of payment. We have so much corruption and ********** activities taking place in our country these days and if somebody fail to furnish you with the required proof of payments, one becomes to doubt whether they do keep proper records at their company. I would like to appeal to whoever is responsible for this mess to sort it out and send me my monthly statements so that I may be in a position to reconcile same. |
