Hi I had an outstanding credit card account with FNB, which was handed over to Ramsurjoo Attorneys, they offered me an early settlement amount to close the account, which I accepted and paid over to them on the 10th of November 2011. After numerous requests, I received the paid up letter from them which they confirmed that they will update my ITC record. Today is the 24th of November 2011, and no letter was sent to ITC in order for them to update my profile!!! I contacted Lindiwe again today, and nothing was done from her side. She will now only request a letter from FNB, which will then be sent through to ITC. She has got a bad attitude and does not understand the importance of this. Please can someone get this done? Thank you |
